Cub Scout Pack 889 Home
	I promise to do my best To do my duty to God and my country, To help other people, and To obey the Law of the Pack.
	Welcome to the 2011-2012 Scouting year! Pack 889 serves south Naperville. The majority of our scouts attend Fry and Peterson Elementary schools in District 204, Naperville, Illinois.  Our regular Pack Meetings are held at Wheatland Salem United Methodist Church located at 95th Street and Book Road. We combine fun and learning in many events: Pinewood Derby, Summer camps, Pack camps, Skating party, Snow skiing, campfire meeting, Memorial Day Parade, pool party, Kane County Cougars, etc. Check the Calendar and Activities pages for details. Additionally, Pack 889 gives back to the community in various ways: Salvation Army bell ringing, food / clothing drives, Earth Day litter cleanup, etc. I look forward to welcoming you and your son to the pack! This is a requirement of all Den and Pack Leaders of Pack 889.  Go to www.Threefirescouncil.org and click on the training tab or create an account at www.MyScouting.org to keep track of your training. Additional general and position specific training is also available and highly recommended.
